This building is the home to Olympic Medalist Simone Biles. It is a two-story structural steel/metal building with approximately 51,000 sf gymnastics training center. It includes a training center, dance class room, party rooms, taekwondo training room, classrooms, gift shop, media area, café and upper level viewing area. The exterior entry features cedar plank ceilings with EIFS and metal panels.
